Billa Pandi is an upcoming Tamil action movie, directed by Saravana Sakthi.

In a region where swift justice is rendered by compassionate Sharda and her son, Billa, the Police find virtually no crime or work for them. Things change dramatically after the entry of a petty thief, Durga, in Billa`s life, and when Sharda decides to stand for state elections amidst allegations that she has a shady past and may be living a double life.

In the village Ammapatti, Maruthu Pandi is a coracle operator in day and the village protector at night. The villagers give him food in exchange of his work. Maruthu Pandi has a mentally ill sister Lakshmi who is pregnant and he takes care of Lakshmi like a mother. Kanagavalli, a dancer, slowly falls in love with Maruthu Pandi. Kanagavalli is in fact a police officer who wants to arrest Maruthu Pandi. Maruthu Pandi's real name is Manickam, and after a revealed flashback, police team come to Ammapatti to arrest Manickam. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.

Billa Ranga is action thriller based movie in which, Raviraj (Kannada Prabhakar) is a smuggler who kills people and smuggles their skulls to foreign countries. Dhankeshwar (Mohan Joshi), the owner of the basti , hates Shankar and tries different tricks to trap Shankar and to empty the locality. One day Dhankeshwar succeeds and Shankar is trapped. Does Dhankeshwar succeeds in vacating the locality and building a 5-star hotel? Does Shankar succeed in breaking Rutik's pride and fulfill his mother's dream?
